shipping
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email receipt containing your order number and estimated shipping date. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes your order information and a UPS tracking number.
Orders are processed and shipped from our small office in Minnesota. Items will ship within 2 weeks after an order is placed. Processing and delivery timeline can vary during peak times. Our small team is thankful for your patience and understanding.
exchanges & Returns
We are able to accept returns and exchanges for unused items within 14 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Items must include their original labels. We will not accept returns on worn socks. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to your method of payment once we have received your return. EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you wish to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once we have received the returned product, the item will be refunded. Please contact hello@shopbayl.com within 14 days of receipt of delivery to notify us of your exchange.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at hello@shopbayl.com as soon as possible, and let us know your order number. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
